Engineer's rigor. Athlete's engine. Explorer's appetite.
I came into community sideways, and that's the edge. To me it's the most interesting engineering problem there is, and the most human one.

Every brand pays to be seen. Almost none build the system that turns a crowd into customers who stay, spend, and sell for you. That is the shift I work on, on stage and in the trenches.
A system, not a punch card.
Quiet users become a content engine.
The fastest loop you will own.
Members bring members.
Features get copied. Belonging does not.
Find the power users, fuel them.
Delivered as keynotes and hands-on workshops, tuned to the room.
Keynotes, panels, and main stages across the biggest rooms in the space.
I host Community with Co/Unity, and I show up as a guest on shows about building the internet's best communities.
Everything above this line is the day job. Below it, the machine has other ideas. Keep scrolling.
I co-founded Co/Unity to fix something my engineering brain couldn't unsee. Brands pour money into renting attention, then have nothing built to hold it. The spend chases awareness. The value lives in loyalty. Almost nobody builds the bridge between the two. So we build it.
I come at this like a systems engineer, because that is what I am. A mechanical engineering degree, a Master's in engineering management, and a childhood spent racing RC cars and soldering drones. Before all of it, I played professional football.
Off the clock, I'm an experience enthusiast, not an adrenaline junkie. Most weekends you'll find me paragliding over the cliffs in Lisbon or getting humbled by the ocean. Nature keeps me honest.
Attention can be rented. Belonging has to be built.
Drag the planet. Gold is where I have worked, wandered, or wiped out. Per-stop stories land in the next pass.
Speaking, a podcast seat, or a community strategy call. Same door. Pick a time and we'll get into it.
